Who are we?

My website address is: https://www.g-szilvio-fotoi.hu. I am a private person and I do photography as a hobby. I do not work for any state or private corporate organization, so I do not send any data anywhere. I do not actually collect any data, when commenting on my websites, it is sufficient to provide only your first name, so only your e-mail address will be recorded, and that is only so that I can respond to your comment. If you request the deletion of your e-mail address in your comment, I will do so as soon as possible.

Comments

When submitting a comment, in addition to what is provided in the comment form, the commenter's IP address and browser identifier string are collected for the purpose of filtering out unwanted content.

An anonymized string (often called a hash) generated from your email address will be sent to the Gravatar service if it is used on the site. The Gravatar terms of service can be viewed at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is accepted, the content of your comment and your profile picture will be made public.

Media

If an image is uploaded to the website by a registered user, EXIFs that include GPS position data should be avoided. Website visitors can download these and extract location data from images on the website.

Cookies

When you leave a comment on the website, we store your name, email address, and website address in cookies. The storage is for convenience purposes, so you don't have to fill in these fields the next time you post a comment. The cookies expire one year.

When you visit the login page, we set temporary cookies to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain any personal information and are deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in to the website, we create several cookies that save your login information and the display options of the editor. The login cookies are valid for two days, the cookie that stores the options of the editor screen lasts for one year. If you check the "Remember me" option, the login will continue for two weeks. When you log out, the login cookies are removed.

When you edit a post or page, another cookie is stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal information, it simply stores the ID number of the post you edited. It expires in one day.

Embedded content from other websites

Posts available on the website may use embedded content from external sources (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from external sources behaves exactly as if we had visited another website.

How long do we keep personal data?

When you comment, the comment and its metadata will remain in the system for an indefinite period of time. This is to ensure that any subsequent comments are reviewed and approved by us, meaning they will not be added to the list of comments to be moderated.

The personal data of registered users on the website (if any) are also stored in their own user profile. Each user can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their own username). The website administrators can also view and edit this information.

What rights does the user have regarding their own data?

If you register for an account or leave a comment on this website, you may request to receive an export file of your personal data, which includes any data you have previously provided to us. You may also request that we delete any personal data you have previously provided. This does not apply to data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where is your data sent?

Comments submitted by visitors may be checked by an automatic spam filtering service.
