I started again. I am Germán Szilveszter in Hungary, I live in Pápa. Yes, I started photography again in March 2023, because some time ago, in the early 80s, due to my duties, this hobby of mine was pushed into the background. But now I've started again, which means I have to learn a lot to take beautiful and interesting photos, since the world of photography has changed a lot since then. Today there are digital cameras, and in the past you could work on film. They say it was much harder and that this digital age is easier. I don't know, I created this website to find out, and I hope many of you will visit my web pages and help my development with your opinions.

Photography is a fascinating artistic and creative activity that allows us to capture and share the world's beauty and moments with a single click. The magic behind the lens, during which we can capture a moment forever, offers a unique opportunity to capture life's most beautiful and defining moments.

For me, photography is not only a hobby, but also a passion and a way of life. The opportunity to condense emotions, mood and beauty into a single frame is an unrepeatable experience for me. Through photography, countless possibilities and perspectives of the world open up to me, and I am able to discover and capture even the tiniest details that might be imperceptible to others.

Photography gives me the opportunity to express myself and convey what I feel and see in the world. With the help of pictures, I can tell stories, convey feelings and preserve memories over time. Each picture shows a small detail of my life and the world seen through my eyes, and thus serves as a kind of time capsule to capture the past and preserve memories.

Overall, photography is a creative challenge for me that allows me to express myself and explore the world from my own unique perspective. This is the hobby that always inspires me, makes me happy and gives me joy, without which my life would be unimaginable.

A Varázslatos Magyarország a természetfotózás legnagyobb platformja Magyarországon, melynek célja az ország nemzeti parkjainak természeti kincseinek bemutatása és a természetvédelem fontosságának hangsúlyozása. Fotósok kilenc hónapon át versenyeznek, munkáikat a szakmai zsűri elé tárva. A legjobb képekből kiállítás és fotóalbum készül, melyeket az ország különböző kiállítóhelyein tekinthet meg a közönség.

Magical Hungary is the largest platform for nature photography in Hungary, the purpose of which is to present the natural treasures of the country's national parks and to emphasize the importance of nature conservation. Photographers compete for nine months, presenting their work to a professional jury. An exhibition and photo album will be made from the best pictures, which the public can view at various exhibition venues across the country.

I received a certificate of recognition for my excellent work at the 2023 competition of Magical Hungary, which further strengthens my commitment and talent to nature photography.
